Learn MoreI have seen lots of people beginning to watch thier weight these past few years. I am nothing against those persons since maintaining a good balance weight is a healthy one. I have also seen and witness people having theirselves on a diet. Some were doing popular diet programs and some drink suplements or even skip meals just to stay slim. But you know that dieting is not for everyone? That not all people who underwent to dieting does loose weight?
I have this aunt that weighs almost 200lbs and she even starts dieting more than ten years now and she even tried everything. From the different diet plans to food suplements and even exercise and starving herself does not make her loose even a single pound! Now, she even eats once a day! It’s just a lunch and she does not have any vice, yet she’s still weighs 200lbs.
I guess that dieting is not really effective to everyone and that not all people needs to diet. Why not eat if you can’t loose any single pound? That I always asked her but she’s still wants to continue dieting. Since according to her she used to that and she even save her money by not eating. What a reasoning!
